My profile description goes as such “partly educated, otherwise hungry, fully clothed” What does that mean?
Partly educated: In my life experience i have noticed that I have never met anybody, regardless of their education level, that know everything، not even close to everything. I have noticed that educated people mostly are knowledgable in maters related to their area of study, and very few people that had knowledge far beyond that. So, out of fear of taking myself two seriously i will call myself partly educated, and hedge my bets on being learnt. All throughout my life when I meet new people they ask me the same question, Where did you go to school? At which foreign country did you get your degree? You must be very will read? and always they get surprised to know that i am locally born and bred and that the UAE is my Alma mater, In English, the phrase is variously translated as “nourishing mother”, “nursing mother”, or “fostering mother”, Yes The UAE was, is, and always will be my alma mater, my nourishing mother for i am nothing without my mother, i owe everything to my country and it’s people, my people. and i would like to thank you all, every person, every man, woman, and child, and i would like to start with my father, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, peace be upon him, our greatest father and a man for the history books, but for now i say thank you father for you had been the best and without you and your wisdom and leadership I wouldn’t be who I am or where I am, and also i would like to thank their Highnesses the Sheikhs of the seven Emirates of The UAE, the beloved people of my beloved country, past and present, my family and every one else that helped us on the way, Thank You.
